調酒師特別食譜 (Bartender Special Recipe)


Ingredients
  • 20g ice cubes
  • 1 large or 2 small strawberries, hulled (about 30g)
  • 6raspberries (about 30g)
  • 1/2 peach (about 30 g), peeled & stoned
  • 4 canned apricot halves in natural juice (about 75g)
  • 50ml orange juice 1dash vanilla extract
  • 100ml ginger able To decorate: 2 small strawberries

Steps:
  1. Put the ice cubes, strawberries, raspberries, peach, apricot halves, orange juice and vanilla extract into the blender. Blend for 15 seconds.
  2. Pout the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass and add the ginger ale.
  3. Chop the fresh strawberries in the mini-chopper and arrange the pieces on cocktail.

材料:
  • 20克冰塊
  • 1 個大或 2 個小草莓,去殼(約 30 克)
  • 6個覆盆子(約30克)
  • 1/2 個桃子(約 30 克),去皮並去核
  • 4 罐裝天然果汁的半個杏子(約 75 克)
  • 50ml 橙汁 1dash 香草精
  • 100ml生薑 
  • 可裝飾:
  • 2個小草莓

步驟:
  1. 將冰塊、草莓、覆盆子、桃子、杏子、橙汁和香草精放入攪拌機中攪拌 15 秒。
  2. 雞尾酒通過細篩倒入玻璃杯中,加入薑汁汽水混合。
  3. 用迷你切碎機來切碎新鮮草莓,然後將它們放在雞尾酒上。
