Ingredients :
- 1 large manago
- 75ml milk
- 3 heaped tblsp greek style natural yogurt
- 1 or 2 tsp icing sugar,depending on sweetness of mango
- To decorate: 1/4 avocado, not too ripe
Steps:
- Peel the mango and avocado and remove the stone.
- Cut the mango into pieces. Put the mango, milk, yogurt and icing sugar into he blender and mix for 20 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into an glass. Chop the avocado into fine pieces, then arrange in carefully in top of the mixture.
- Eat with a spoon.
