Ingredients :
- 1/2 pink grapefruit
- 1tsp cane sugar syrup
- 120ml fresh orange juice
- To decorate: 10g fresh coconut (or use desiccated coconut)
Steps:
- Peel the grapefruit and cut it into pieces.
- Put the grapefruit pieces, cane sugar ryrup and orange juice into the blender and nix for 20 seconds.
- pour the mixture into a glass.
- Put the coconut into the minigrinder in order to obtain very fine slivers.
- Sprinkle these slivers over the glass and serve.
