巧克力牛奶汁食譜 (Chocolate Milk Juice Recipe)

  

Ingredients ：

• 100g milk chocolate
• 200ml milk
• To decorate: 6 good sized mint leaves (optional)

Steps:

1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, gradually adding the milk.
2. Allow to melt slowly while mixing gently.
3. Put the reparation into the blender and mix for 20 seconds.
4.  Pour the mixture into a glass.
5. Grind the mint leaves with the mini-grinder, using 6 pulses. Arrange the mint on the preparation and mix. 
6. Serve cold or warm, as a dessert.

材料：
