Ingredients :
- 100g white chocolate
- 1/4 apple, peeled
- 1/4 pear, peeled
- 1/4 pear, peeled
- 1 square plain chocolate
- 200 ml milk
Steps:
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, gradually adding the milk.
- Allow to melt slowly while mixing gently.
- Pour the mixture into the blender, add the apple and pear, and mix for 25 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Grind the square of dark chocolate with the mini-grinder to a powder, using several pulses. Sprinkle the chocolate onto the drink.
