DIY藍莓麵包布甸

 


材料

白方包 300克
藍莓 半杯
藍莓果醬 3湯匙
雞蛋 3隻
牛奶600毫升
砂糖 50克
云呢拿香油 少許
玉桂粉 1茶匙
溶化牛油 1茶匙


做法

1. 把溶化牛油掃在焗兜內,將白方包切成小方塊,盛在焗兜內,加上藍莓及藍莓果醬,備用。
2. 把蛋、糖、香油、玉桂粉拌勻、加入鮮奶,倒入麵包中,浸過麵包面,輕壓麵包,
    待浸15分鐘。
3. 先預熱樂聲牌NN-J993捷能式蒸氣微波爐至180度,將布甸放入盛了熱水的焗盆中,按自動烹      調食譜「11」焗約1小時即成 (1後焗爐1小時15分鐘)。

TIPS

如家中沒有焗爐,這布甸也可用微波爐製成。


Blueberry Bread Pudding


Ingredients

White bread 300g

Blueberry 1/2 cup

Blueberry jam 3 tbsps

Egg 3pcs

Milk 600ml

Caster sugar 50g

Vanilla essence few drops

Ground cinnamon 1tsp

Melted butter 1tsp


Steps:

  1. Brush some melted butter in baking bowl. cut white bread into small pieces, place the bread onto the bottom of the bowl, add blueberry and jam on top, set aside.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and ground cinnamon , add milk, combine well, pour into bread and press bread slightly, cover the bread for 15 mins.
  3. Preheat Panasonic NN-J993 Inverter Microwave oven to 180, place pudding in large roasting pan, add enough boiled water to roasting pan, select the 11th auto cooking category, bake about 1hour (oven bake about 1hour 15mins).

TIPS

If you don’t have an oven at home, this pudding can also be made in a microwave.
