「冰藍莓果酒」食譜 (Ice Blackberry Juice Recipe)

 

Ingredients:

• 2 ice cubes (about 60g)
• 15ml cane sugar syrup
• 30g blackberries
• 20ml vodka
• 30ml red grape juice 
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• To decorate: 5 edible rose petals

Steps:

1. Put the ice cubes, syrup, blackberries, vodka, grape juice and lemon juice into the blender. Blend for 15 seconds.
2. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice cubes.
3. Shred 5 rose petals in the mini-grinder for 4 pulses and arrange them over the cocktail.

材料：

• 30克黑莓
• 20毫升伏特加
• 30毫升紅葡萄汁
• 20毫升新鮮檸檬汁
• 裝飾：5片可食用玫瑰花瓣

步驟：

1. 將冰塊、糖漿、黑莓、伏特加、葡萄汁和檸檬汁放入攪拌機。 攪拌 15 秒。
2. 將雞尾酒通過細篩倒入裝滿冰塊的玻璃杯中。
3. 在迷你研磨機中將 5 片玫瑰花瓣切碎 4 次，然後將它們放在雞尾酒上。
